Is Papa John's pizza good for you? It's a stretch to say any pizza is nutritious, but when think they have going for them is that their antioxidant (ORAC) content is about 50% higher than many of those from competitors which are in our database. This may have something to do with the fact that Papa John's is known for being generous with their sauce - tomatoes contain lycopene and that is one of the few nutrients which is not destroyed during cooking.
