When people say Ceylon tea, technically they can be talking about any form of tea that comes from Sri Lanka, as that is what the distinguishing factor is. However most likely they are referencing the classical Ceylon black tea, which has about the same amount of antioxidants as black tea from India, China, and elsewhere.
